The contractors who win this award represent the best of the best, and they have distinguished themselves by meeting stringent requirements in terms of Performance, Reliability, or Service.

For contractors to be eligible in gaining one, two, or three stars in the categories of Performance, Reliability and Service, they must adhere with the following requirements first:
Master Elite contractor should be in good standing.
Contractors must be in compliance with the requirements specified in the Master Elite Program Agreement.
Contractors must complete all qualifying activities during this time frame.
Contractors with multiple locations will have to earn the award for each unique location that carries out the qualifying activity. Furthermore, each location must qualify independently.
The award designation is good for a period of one year.
A roof replacement contractor in the Master Elite program can choose among three pathways to earning an award. These include:
Performance Pathway Criteria – A contractor must install and register 50 Golden Pledge Ltd Warranties during the qualification period. They must also obtain a minimum of two consecutive years of Triple Excellence award, including the current qualifying year. Lastly, they must have a minimum of 4.5 consumer ratings throughout the qualifying year.
Reliability Pathway Criteria – A contractor must have at least seven consecutive years of installing and registering 10 Golden Pledge Ltd Warranties per year, including the qualifying year.
Service Pathway Criteria – A contractor must install and register warranty revenue in excess of $60,000 during the qualifying year.
